Dispatch and delivery
Your order will be delivered in neutral packaging without sender details. Only the delivery address will be written on the package. With free-of-charge economy shipping, your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days.

Condoms and lubricants are medicinal products and may be returned only in an unused and clean condition. They can be returned only when the packaging seal is unbroken and the product has neither been opened nor used. The only exception is packaging that has a clear product defect caused by the manufacturer.
