Please note:

• Delivery is possible only within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.
• Delivery times are generally between 2 and 4 working days. Orders are processed on the next working day after receipt of the order (Monday to Friday). At weekends and on holidays, delivery times may be delayed.
• All orders are delivered free of charge (>CHF 50.-) and in neutral packaging.
• The credit card will be charged immediately after receipt of the order, under the name Lovehoney Group Switzerland AG. We recommend keeping a copy of the transaction data.
