Erogenous zones
What are erogenous zones?
Erogenous zones are parts and places of your body that feel good through touch, stroking, kissing, tickling, etc. and can excite you sexually. Numerous nerve endings ensure that you react very sensitively to the slightest touch, depending on the area. These sensitive parts of the body vary from person to person and are called erogenous zones.
Where are these erogenous zones?
Depending on the person, the sensitivity of certain areas varies; it can even change based on emotions. For example, we feel more when we are relaxed and less when we are stressed. However, some areas of the body are particularly sensitive due to numerous nerve endings. These include the ear, mouth, neck and throat, armpits, arms, chest and nipples, abdomen, hands, perineum and anus, the sexual organs, thighs and feet.
How do I find out which ones are mine?
Most people don't know where their erogenous zones are at the beginning. You also find this out when you discover them yourself. Finding out your own erogenous zones can be fun. Take your time, relax and caress your body. Pay attention to where you feel the most. Where are you most sensitive, perhaps you feel a tingling sensation or notice how sexually aroused you are? It can be fun to discover and explore each other's erogenous zones together with your partner.
Can you also reach orgasm this way?
Yes, certain people can also climax just by stimulating an erogenous zone.
